DaKlinic.Com: So what's your stats - ie age, name, location?
Tristran Badock: Ok...my name is Tristran Jeremy Badock, I'm 20 years old, living in Perth, Western Australia.

DaKlinic.Com:How Often do you skate?
Tristran Badock: I try to skate as often as my body lets me...but at least 3 days a week.

DaKlinic.Com: When you where a kid what do you wanna be when you got older?
Tristran Badock: My mum wanted me to be a lawyer, probably so I could look after her in her old age...haha... but I never really had plans...I liked drawing alot so I thought about being a cartoonist, but know im trying to push that side of me with sketching through a clothing company that I wanna start up when I get financially a little more stable...SURREAL PERCEPTIONS.

DaKlinic.Com: Whats the worst injury you have encountered from skating?
Tristran Badock: Probably messing with my back...I tried to stall this railing a few metres of a flatbank...cause it was flatbank and not tranny I came at it 2 hard and was flipped around onto my back, dislocating a vertebrae 3mm and swelling back so I couldn't walk for a few weeks.

DaKlinic.Com: What was it like winning the HYGS comp?
Tristran Badock: HYGS was weird...I usually get to nervous at comps and lose all my energy, and bomb out. But HYGS was more of a street skate with 70 ppl... so I was just skating. I was all stoked about landing that topsoul540 and then danny just walked over and said I won...I was like, say what?

DaKlinic.Com: Did you train before that comp or did it just sort of flow?
Tristran Badock: Yeah me Justin and Marlon were learning all sorts of cool tricks like 360 to heel rolls...but then we found out it was slightly different format 2 IMYTA....haha....but yeah it was just a flow, it think it helped that I was double juiced cause it was new shit with new ppls.

DaKlinic.Com: Best thing about rolling?
Tristran Badock: Best thing about rolling is u control what u do, no one tells u...dont have to go to training once a week and have some fat bastard yell at u. u can go big, u can be tech, u can session a rail 5cm of the ground...it doesn't matter cause u don't HAVE to prove anything to anyone but yourself...

DaKlinic.Com: How long have you been skating?
Tristran Badock: Since 1997...about 4and a half years.

DaKlinic.Com: In your time skating have you seen many changes in the inline scene?
Tristran Badock: I started skating when what is now know is old school was fazing out, the first inline vid I saw was The Bottom Line...that was an ill vid...There is just more crazy ppl out there competing with each other and themselves...pushing rolling further than a lot of ppl thought it would ever get.

DaKlinic.Com: Who do you normally skate with?
Tristran Badock: My roommate tom ranger, marlon mascheranus, justin buchanan, raygun, kerri, ben, big linsey(rest in peace...haha), bunbury mafia, lee, papipro, carebear, loogie, josh williams, chris morris, handy sam(james rodrigues), big dunc and the rest of my black family.

DaKlinic.Com: I heard you are making a skate video is this true?
Tristran Badock: I'm thinking about it, but that all ties in with my plans 4 a skate company, but ur probably thinking of Tristan Houghton AKA PapiPro.

DaKlinic.Com: What can we expect from you in the future?
Tristran Badock: Skating wise hopefully ill be able to go big some more, and tech..but at the moment my right ankle isnt a 100% yet. In other terms I should be on my feet to start SurrealPerceptions up mid next year...plus I'm still considering moving to brisVegas...get the whole USD team in one state...haha.

DaKlinic.Com: If you had to choose from ALYSSA MILANO or CARMEN ELECTRA who would it be?
Tristran Badock: Probably alyssa milano....cause carmen electra is getting old and saggy.

DaKlinic.Com: What would be your perfect skate session?
Tristran Badock: Any session where I have fun, learn new shit and do it with heaps of ppl....then finish up harassing security guards...haha.
